It is interesting to know that a person can be likened to a
golf cart cover. But before you give me that weird look, read on and find out
how and why…
Bo Van Pelt is pretty plain – and
normal. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on 16th day of May in
1975. His discipline and love for sports
evidently came from the Van Pelt family. Bob, Bo’s father, was into football
back in the day. In 1967, Bob was given a break when he was drafted by the
Philadelphia Eagles at the NFL following his collegiate career in Indiana.
Currently, Bo lives in Tulsa,
Oklahoma with his wife and children. It was 1998 when he completed a degree in
General Business from the Oklahoma State University. In the same year, Bo
turned pro after three wins in amateur tournaments. He won the Indiana (Boys)
State Junior twice and the Northern Amateur in 1995. Bo reigned at the Indiana
tournament in 1991 and in 1993.
