The world’s biggest property mogul is yet again under the spotlight. But this time, Donald Trump’s newest project has some controversy in the bag.

On July 10^th, The Donald drove the first ball in his Scottish fairway. In a news article from The Guardian UK, Trump claims that this project is the “greatest golf course in the world”. However, environmentalists and property neighbors think otherwise.

Former Ryder Cup captain, Colin Montgomerie was instrumental in the acquisition of the land despite disapproval of the Scottish Wildlife Trust. The property with a stunning view of the Northern Sea has been selected as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) because of the gradual northward movement of the sand dunes in the area.
